What counts toward my plan?+
Assets and computers together: every asset you add (by hand, import or from a model) plus computers whose agent has reported in. Licenses, consumables, accessories and people don’t count.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, but not change anything until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.
How do I upgrade?+
Open Subscription in your workspace and choose a plan. Our team upgrades you and sends an invoice. Your data stays exactly as it is.
What if I reach my limit?+
Everything keeps working, but new assets and computers can’t be added until you upgrade or remove some.
